Auscare Group is an established Perth based Recruitment Agency and Registered Training Organisation. Our main areas of service delivery are Temporary and Permanent staffing in Aged Care, Acute Care, Home Care in the Community and Disability Support Services. The Registered Training Organisation specialises in Health Care Training in Cert III in Individual Support.
To build on our pool of ideal candidates, we are in pursuit of reliable, experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses, and Enrolled Nurses,to join our friendly team. The following selection criteria will be essential in assessing your suitability for shortlisting:
- 6 months minimum experience within the Health sector
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Current National Police clearance certificate
- Understanding of Medication Management principles and implementation a must
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards (beneficial)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent time management skills essential
- A commitment to providing individualised services one person at a time
- A genuine passion for caring and supporting vulnerable people achieve meaningful outcomes
