Villa Serena is seeking night duty Registered Nurses to join their team. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
We are seeking an RN who is proactive in management of resident care, committed to quality assurance, continuous improvement and have a high standard of work ethic, while ensuring compliance to organisation guidelines/policies, Department regulations and OH&S legislation.
We are seeking RNs with the following:
- current registered nurse with AHPRA
- previous experience in aged care
- Previous in charge experience
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work autonomously and lead a team of care staff
- computer literate
- understanding of ACFI requirements
