Position 1 : Level 1/2 - Speech Pathologist, Mixed Caseload
The position is a full-time Speech Pathologist with a mixed caseload including early intervention, preschool aged children, school aged children, adolescents, and adults (range of issues) including disability. After 6-12 months of employment there is the opportunity to develop skills to work with an inpatient acute and rehabilitation adult caseload in addition to the other areas. We work in many different locations, including Goulburn, Yass, Bundanoon and Bowral, so your position could be based in Goulburn or Bowral. We work in schools, in the clinic, in preschools, group homes, hostels, nursing homes, as well as in the community. A varied and challenging caseload - but plenty of learning opportunities. We are a team of 8 staff including great admin staff. There are good supervision processes and plenty of professional development within the department and the opportunity to attend professional development courses and workshops too.

Position 2: Senior Speech Pathologist. Caseload can be mixed, or paeds only, depending on the applicant.
The position is full-time OR part-time with a clinical caseload dependant on your experience. Supervision of junior staff members is required, so experience supervising is a must. High levels of motivation to assist with ongoing quality improvement, maximising research and evidence-based practise within the department, running the internal PD program and coordinating student placements. This position can be based in either Goulburn or Bowral depending on the applicant.
