Southern Cross Psychology is a long-established private psychology practice in Penrith, operating since 1999. We work with a very diverse range of patients across the lifespan, under a range of funding arrangements including private fees, MBS, Workers Compensation, and other third-party stakeholder arrangements. Our team is friendly and supportive, our clients are lovely, and our practice environment is comfortable and convenient.
THE ROLE
This full-time reception role (with some flexibility about standard working hours), includes patient intake and allocation processes, diary management, patient and third-party payments, use of an electronic records system, as well as accounts payable / receivable, and some payroll functions.
THE JOB REQUIREMENTS
We seek an experienced, highly organised, independent and professional receptionist and office administrator. Your interpersonal manner will be warm and friendly, your written and verbal communication skills exceptional, with experience working in a professional, confidential environment (medical or allied health setting preferred). A sense of humour is essential, and experience working with an SQL database diary system, and MYOB, will be highly regarded.
