the successful candidate will have a friendly, professional telephone manner and be able to communicate with people at all levels.
The role will be Split between Customer care and Events management, this role will consist of the following but not limited to:
- Manage and execute events calendar
- Provide marketing coordinator administrative support as required to execute business priority programs
- Provide full range of back-up for Customer Support & Service (during leave)
- Professional telephone support to Client and customers.
- Enter customer orders /credit returns /POs via order entry system
- Receipt & invoicing of specialized Customer Orders.
