Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist

Medacs Healthcare is recruiting a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist for residential facilities in Rosebud and Mornington in Victoria. You will join a team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, who are responsible for the delivery of therapies to residents. You will also be expected to work out in the community, as part of the company's growing community service.

The role will include functional assessments, chronic pain management, aged care rehabilitation, falls prevention and delivering group exercise sessions to seniors. Caseload will be musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory.

What will you need?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
• Registration with AHPRA. Limited registration/interim certificates may be accepted for this role, dependent upon experience
• Evidence of professional qualification
• A current resume, up to date with your experience and qualifications
• Current National Police Check, no more than 12 months old
• Two clinical references, including your most recent position
• Victorian driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A genuine passion for helping and caring for older people
