About the Opportunity
Our Riddell Gardens aged care home is currently seeking a motivated and flexible Lifestyle Assistant to join the team in an initial 3 month full time position. You will be responsible for assisting with, identifying and responding to both the individual and group recreational needs of our residents to enhance their quality of life and to promote social independence and interaction.
About You
- 2 years+ of experience in a Lifestyle position
- Passionate about Aged Care
- Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to take initiative
- Current drivers licence
- Ability to work independently
