Are you an exceptional communicator with dental reception and assisting experience?

Absolute Dental Care provides quality care and the highest level of customer service to their patients and need YOU to join their front office team. This is a dual role that will also include rostered chair side assisting. The best of both worlds!

Applicant criteria:

• Experience in front office and chair side assisting
• Top notch communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and ability to be a team player
• Efficient in reception responsibilities – including appointment booking and patient payments
• Ability to manage an effective recall (active maintenance) program
• Team orientated and active participation in team meetings
• Assist principal dentist in all general procedures – chair side
• Manage and maintain an effective infection control and sterilisation area
• Available to work 25-28 hours per week (average) with view to increase with the needs of the practice.
• Flexibility in hours and availability to work until practice close on some days (7.30pm) 
• Social media savvy and a creative promotion / marketing flare is a distinct bonus
• (no weekends)
