Brightwater, At Home provides assistance and encouragement for a range of elderly clients, supporting them to remain living independently in their own homes.
Right now we are searching for passionate and caring Community Support Workers to be a part of our casual pool to help and support our clients. In this position you will be available and flexible on short notice to cover sick leave, annual leave, personal leave and help out when needed. You must be willing to travel throughout the Rockingham and Mandurah areas.

As a Community Support Worker you will build your clients' independence and quality of life by providing assistance in all aspects of day-to-day life including, personal care, administering medications, shopping, domestic cleaning, meal preparation and socialisation.
You are a caring person with a positive attitude, expertise and a passion for helping others. You will possess a reliable car; ‘C’ class Driver’s Licence and a National Police Certificate that is less than a year old. You also must be able to pick up shifts on short notice, these could be morning or afternoon shifts.
