The Position
St John of God Hawkesbury District Health Service currently has opportunities for suitably experienced Registered Nurses to join our multi-disciplined team on the Maria Lock Ward.
You will be responsible for the delivery of high standard patient care and promote continuous improvement and a culture of learning and evidence-based practice.
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills in Aged or Palliative Care are essential for further consideration.
Positions will be offered on a temporary full time or part time basis, with hours being negotiated with successful candidates.
The successful candidate will have:
- Ability to work within and contribute to the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA.
- Deliver excellence in customer care.
- Current understanding of legislation and standards related to OH&S, Compliance issues and Workcover.
- Effective communication skills.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Team work skills.
