What you'll be doing The District Cancer Services Revenue and Billing Officer will be responsible for the co-ordination, generation and timely management of all Revenue generated from Radiotherapy treatments; Medical, Radiation and Gynae Oncology clinics; Outpatient services provided in Oncology Day Care at Wollongong, Shoalhaven and Milton Ulladulla Hospitals and will provide financial support to the ISCaHN Accommodation Co-ordinators. An eligibility list will be created for future Temporary and Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Please note: Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified for this position following suitable labour market testing. Selection Criteria Proven administration and organisational skills with attention to detail and proven ability to problem solve and work under limited supervision. Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to liaise with a wide variety of Stakeholders. Demonstrated experience with patient billing systems such as PBRC and eClaims with a proven understanding of Medicare, DVA and Private Patient billing processes. Experience in the use of patient based scheduling systems such as MOSAIQ/eMR2/ IPM. Demonstrated successful experience in the organisation of workflow in an environment of competing demands with the demonstrated ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
