- Level 1 or 2 – Part Time (26.5 hours per week / 106 per 4 week roster cycle)
Sydney Adventist Hospital with capacity for over 550 licensed overnight beds is an acute care private hospital located on Sydney’s leafy North Shore. We are a not-for-profit acute care private Hospital and offer acute medical, surgical and obstetric care, including complex cardiac and orthopaedic procedures. We are quite unique for a private hospital as we also provide emergency care diagnostic and interventional services. There are 18 operating theatres utilising DR, II and O-arm units. Our focus is on providing referrers and patients with a high quality, customer focused comprehensive radiology service. We have an interesting case-mix of inpatient, outpatient and interventional work, shifts and a great team of people to work with.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive radiographer to join our team, working 106 hours per 4 week roster cycle. Both level 1 and level 2 radiographers are encouraged to apply as appropriate training and supervision will be provided to any new graduates.
Required:
- NSW EPA Radiation Operator Licence
- Proven customer focus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven good knowledge of clinical standards, anatomy and pathology
- Current practicing registration with AHPRA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience working in a hospital environment
- Specialist modality experience
