Novaskill in partnership with Estia Health are recruiting for full time Aged Care trainee roles in the Tea Gardens region. Eligible applicants will have the opportunity to gain entry into the Aged Care industry by participating in our pre-vocational program in Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).

As part of our recruitment process, applicants with need to undertake our 10 day pre-vocational training program held onsite at Estia Health Tea Gardens as well as complete 90 hours of unpaid practical placement. Successful applicants will obtain a Statement of Attainment in Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing), and will have the opportunity to progress through to a full time traineeship as an Assistant in Nursing with Estia Health.
