The Company

Paragon Care is an ASX listed company that operates in the high growth health and aged care sector. More specifically, the company’s focus is to be a key provider of specialist medical products and niche services to this sector.

The Position

An opportunity has arisen in the area of Aged Care and Hospitals within the Victoria regional location.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager – VIC, you will be responsible for:

  • Effective and efficient territory management
  • To represent Paragon Care and their Product portfolio to all new and existing customers
  • To increase sales by detailing the product line to the customers Aged Care Centres and Hospitals
  • To generate market share and market share growth for top 10  products in designated territory
  • To plan sales calls and follow up meetings with customers to ensure superior support
  • Monthly plan in conjunction with a Quarterly objective report to be submitted to Line Manager
  • Professional territory management through utilization of time and resources with excellent planning
  • Follow all established Company and Territory Sales Policies
  • Weekly Maintenance of CRM
  • Identify sales opportunities, develop/implement strategies and close sales
  • Actively monitor and report competitive activity, anticipate competitive counter strategies, develop effective counter measures
  • Preparation of effective and timely quotations, tender submissions and offers

Qualifications and Experience required for this role:

  • Ability to develop strong client relationships, across our various client stakeholders
  • Sales experience and demonstration of running a successful territory
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills
  • SAP experience preferable
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Your Profile:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in  Aged Care / Hospital
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Face to face sales experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate well developed planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • A strong teamwork focus
  • High standard of presentation
