MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/SECRETARY FOR PRIVATE SPECIALIST PRACTICE - RICHMOND LOCATION
PART TIME – Offering 4 days per week
Tuesday - Friday - some evening hours required
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable individual who is able to multitask in an expanding private specialist practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a team of highly dedicated professionals with varied interests in a friendly office environment.
The successful applicant must thrive on being busy, have a proactive and positive approach, great attention to detail and show compassion towards patients.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet and greet our patients in a friendly, courteous manner
- Scheduling of patient appointments and assisting with all patient enquiries
- Preparing and receipting of patient accounts
- Data entry with a high level of accuracy is essential.
- Managing patient pathways
- Supporting the Practice Manager
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a front desk medical reception role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work
- Adaptability and 'can-do' approach to work
- Commitment to customer service and quality
Salary dependant on experience and skill level and negotiable after interview.
