As a boutique staffing solutions provider, Chris Barnard Nursing Agency has a proven track record of unleashing the full potential in people and companies.

We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join the nursing agency division of the business. While Chris Barnard Health Recruitment has established its name in permanent recruitment with health care clients around Australia, we need a passionate and influential individual who could maximise our industry connections to further develop our nursing agency business.

This position is responsible for business development by coordinating day to day operations of the agency internal and external personnel. This will include ensuring that the business meets its annual sales and business retention targets whilst also ensuring a high standard of nursing care and excellent customer service is maintained.

Duties include:

  • Reengineering current client relationships and developing new client contracts whilst working toward an annual client relationship and business development plan.
  • Management of external healthcare personnel, including growing the casual agency nursing pool.
  • Ensuring that the business meets its annual sales and business retention targets

 

The ideal person we are seeking is a PCA /EEN or a Registered Nurse Div 1 / experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in business development and marketing and an established background contacts in the aged care sector industry in Melbourne. This individual should have a sincere interest in the welfare of both nurses and patients/residents and clients whilst meeting business goals.
