About the role
Estia Health South Morang is a genuinely charming home with a big heart and strong links to the local community. The home are recruiting a Lifestyle Officer to join their friendly team on a Full Time basis. 

The Lifestyle Officer is responsible for assisting the lifestyle and volunteer team in providing innovative and quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents. In addition, the Lifestyle officer also assists in creating and ensuring that lifestyle programs are run according to the changing needs of our residents.

This is a Full Time role working Monday to Friday - A great opportunity for an experienced Assistant in Nursing or Divisional Therapist/Physio aide who is enthusiastic, empathetic and passionate about making a difference to the lives of our residents.  

About you

• Previous experience in an Lifestyle role within aged care or a similar environment
• Cert IV in Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy or similar (completed or currently completing)
• Innovative ideas and a sense of fun
• Passion to improve the day to day lives of our residents
• Strong communication skills
• Great documentation skills
