About the Practice

This is a beautifully presented, state-of-the-art dental surgery. It is located in the Riverside Business Park at West Gosford on the Central Coast. Procedures performed include all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery and kids dentistry as well as injectables and facial aesthetic treatments.

The Position

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to perform all aspects of chair-side assisting and sterilisation. The successful applicant will also be required to perform reception duties as well as providing patient information and support. 

We are offering Wednesday's 8.00am-8.00pm and Saturdays 8.00am-2.00pm with availability to cover annual leave, rostered days off and be called in with short notice. The position with be on a casual basis with potential for permanency in the future.

Our hours of practice are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8.00am-8.00pm, Friday 7.30am-4.30pm and Saturdays 8.00am-2.00pm.

Qualifications/Requirements

The successful applicant must

• Have demonstrated experience in dental assisting/Certificate III in Dental Assisting desirable
• Be experienced in reception duties
• Be friendly, warm and caring towards their patients and colleagues.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate
• Be motivated, organised, punctual and a strong team player
• Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Have evidence of their vaccination/immunity history
• Hold treatment and customer care at the highest level
