Join our dynamic AOD team providing services in the Bayside catchment as part of State funded AOD services. This role is responsible for the provision of specialist drug and alcohol outreach Care and Recovery Coordination services to clients within the community.
To be suitable for the role you will possess the following:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in counselling or other health related area (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy)
• Demonstrated experience and skill in the provision of assessment, risk management, casework, treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Demonstrated ability to provide client centred service coordinator across providers to ensure a holistic and integrated service system for clients.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and contribute expertise within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of the Victorian AOD treatment system.
