We are searching for the perfect person to fill our current Practice Manager’s spot for at least 9-12 months while she is away on Maternity Leave. She is unlikely to return to work Full-Time once her Maternity Leave is up, so should you love us as much as we love you, you are very likely to continue the role further on from 9-12 months. The position is Full-Time 5 days per week, in our busy 2 chair Grafton based General Dental practice. Commencing in September 2018.
We are searching for a Practice Manager who holds at least Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting. Further education in the field would be looked upon favourably, but not essential. A current Australian Drivers license is essential.
Previous experience of Oasis Software of Excellence version 11.9.2 and Romexis version 5 Digital Imaging software is preferred, but not essential.
Our Practice Managers have the responsibly of; Managing and leading a team with varied skill levels, guiding and counselling team members if required, being professional and courteous at all times, having excellent phone manner, showing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, demonstrate a high level of literary and numeracy skills, stock ordering and rotation, finalising and explaining patient quotes, confidence in handling contractor invoices and managing the daily appointment scheduler to ensure each day runs smoothly for our two dentists and dental hygienist.
