We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Engagement Manager to lead the Customer Services Team.  Your team offers all customers the highest level of customer service.  Their role is to ensure accurate information is provided to customers in relation to the full service available to them from this NFP Residential Aged Care, Disability and Community Service provider.  

This values-based organisation promotes independence and works to improve the life experience for their service users. They understand the importance of treating all people with respect and dignity. 

Customer Engagement Manager Profile:

  • Previous related experience – ability to motivate and lead your team to provide 100% customer satisfaction.  Experience in setting up/creating a call centre environment.
  • Knowledge of the aged care environment and associated issues
  • Demonstrated service delivery in a customer focused role
  • Keep abreast of current trends, changes and opportunities
  • Customer retention and generation
  • Work closely with other relevant business units, internal and external stakeholders
  • Management of a large operational budget
  • Work with and achieve KPI’s
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Agility and responsiveness in a changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically

Qualifications & Skills

  • Tertiary Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Management or similar areas.
  • Experience in contemporary continuous business improvement
  • Proven proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Office and client management data bases
