HCA Home is a division of Healthcare Australia that specialises in the provision of community support staff to a wide variety of organisations & individuals with disability across Murray Bridge and surrounding areas. As an NDIS registered provider, HCA Home is seeking committed Home Care support workers to assist in personal care and domestic assistance providing  1:1 care to direct customers in their homes and in the community.

We are looking for reliable, dedicated and passionate staff who want to add value to the lives of others providing consistent, professional and individualised support for our customers.

Our customers have various support needs, and depending on the customer, your role as a Home Care Support Worker would involve in home domestic support. We support people 24 hours a day, every day - including mornings, evenings, weekends, active nights and sleep overs. 

Essential Criteria: 

• Domestic Entry level - aged care/disability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and flexible
• Commitment to customer care is paramount
• Current full driver's licence and a reliable, comprehensive insured vehicle 
• Current First Aid and CPR certifcates
• Availability & willingness to commit to on-call and work short shifts
• Minimum of 20hrs per week availability
• Smart phone required for HCA App and service delivery

Desirable Criteria:   

• Experience with Home Care support 
• Experience with Home care support in aged care or disability
