We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Practice Manager to join our GP Services Team.

Let's talk about the role

The Trainee Practice Manager works under the guidance of the GP Services Manager and supported by the team leaders, to plan, develop and manage all Nexus medical services. No two days will be the same.

With mentoring and support, the Trainee Practice Manager is involved in the diverse areas of:

  • Program Management
  • Administration
  • Finance & Resource Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Marketing & Engagement
  • Business Development.

Here is an opportunity to be involved in solution focussed problem solving, program and service development and the application of innovative approaches to new and improved methodology and engagement strategies.

And best of all, you'll be working with a team to deliver a vital health service to the local community.

Let's talk about you

You have demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in management, supervision and development of a multi-disciplinary team. You have sound interpersonal and negotiation skills, can analyse sometimes complex information, manage time effectively and prioritise competing tasks.

Recent experience in a Health or Community setting would be an advantage.
