About the Role
This role is an integral part of the home care team delivering essential clinical services to clients in their home. The role would suit someone who likes working in a fast paced work environment and is looking for a role with variety. The role provides the opportunity to undertake a range of clinical care services as well as clinical assessment and care planning.
To be successful for this role, you will need:
- AHPRA registration
- Up to date clinical skills
- Well honed communication skills
- Flexibility in hours of work
- Willingness to travel throughout Metropolitan Perth
- Highly developed clinical assessment and reporting skills
- Previous experience working in a community environment would be highly regarded
