We are now accepting applications for our Dental Assistant Traineeship Program, based in our NIB Dental - Chatswood centre in Sydney Metropolitan.
As a Trainee Dental Assistant with Pacific Smiles Group, you will embark on a thorough on-the-job training program for a period of twelve months, on a Full Time basis. At the end of this period you will obtain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Dental Assisting qualification.
To be considered for our Dental Assistant Traineeship Program, you will have:
- Completed Higher School Certificate
- Obvious “people passion” in order to provide patient care and respect.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, including evening and weekend shifts
- Proven record of reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness and capacity to learn formally and coaching on the job
- A friendly, honest communication style, with a can-do and positive attitude
The main responsibilities of this roles are:
- Consistent high quality patient care
- Assisting Dentists chair-side
- All Reception duties
- Sterilisation and infection-control
- Team work
