Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, your main activities will include:
- The further development of the Business Classification Scheme for incorporation into the EDRMS software.
- Assisting in new and current software deployment and increasing usage and engagement, including development and implementation of strategies and materials
- Assisting areas with the EDRMS deployment and resolving uptake issues as they start to work in a digital environment.
- Completing of mapping the business classification scheme
- High level knowledge of records management principles and practices, including PROV requirements
- Experience communicating records management requirements within small teams as well as at an organisation wide level
- Experience in consulting with users to identify and implement suitable software design solutions that align within a holistic approach
- Ability to design and run suitable workshops to gather required information
- Demonstrated extensive advanced knowledge and use of Micro Focus Content Manager or recent version(s) of this software, preferable at a System Administrator level
- Excellent communication, problem solving and advanced computer skills
