At Charterhouse Professional Support our focus is to find the best administrative support candidates to assist a variety of departments within local councils.

This diverse local council based in the Inner Suburbs, is on the search for a full time administrator to assist their busy Compliance team.  You will be responsible for providing exceptional administration support to the council’s compliance division

If you are a highly skilled administrator, with excellent customer service skills and have had experience or exposure to the compliance legislation then apply today. You will be processing licencing applications, pet registrations and processing of infringement notices.

This role will be right for you if you have;

  • Proven administrative skills within document compliance
  • High quality customer service skills, with a positive attitude towards work and self-motivated
  • Experience working within state government or local councils
  • Excellent time management skills and able to prioritize your work load
  • Advanced in all Microsoft Office Applications, TRIM and Tech1 Property & Rating
