This role provides high quality administration of grant agreements, actively monitoring and managing contract performance, quality and compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Description

This role provides high quality administration of grant agreements, actively monitoring and managing contract performance, quality and compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide administrative support the team
• Provide support to the team managers on planning priorities for the team, team travel and liaison with service providers
• Maintain effective relationships and communication with other areas within the State/Territory office and National Office
• Maintain and manage accurate records and data including spreadsheets, team calendars and reports; and processing branch correspondence ensuring accurate tracking

Profile

Skills required:

• Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritise work accordingly
• Experience within a similar role will be highly desirable
• Highly motivated and organised with excellent time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Professional and reliable
• Baseline security clearance
