This position exists to provide specialist professional services to support the delivery of frameworks, strategies, policies and procedures for fire and emergency aviation management. The successful candidate must be able to identify, scope, develop, manage and implement innovation and continuous improvement projects / programs to drive improvements in quality, productivity, capability, effectiveness, delivery and cost, leveraging best-practices, technology, people, and processes.
You will bring with you a suite of specialist and technical qualifications, skills and experience that include strategy development, policy development, business and investment logic. Project management experience, with a certification in project management methodologies e.g. AgilePM, Prince2 etc is preferred. Audit or risk management is desirable as is aviation experience and experience in technology projects including system development and implementation.
