Responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets which deliver best practice service delivery outcomes
  • Developing, maintaining and implementing key program management initiatives, documents, systems and processes
  • Provide effective leadership, management and supervision of the Business Support Team
  • Oversee the execution of a high quality customer service for the parks access/events booking program

We're looking for our next Business Support Coordinator with the following experience/qualifications: 

  • Effective leadership skills are essential along with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • A professional approach to your work with a focus on providing consistent high quality service to all customers.
  • Ideally you will need to have good attention for detail and be proactive, friendly and approachable in nature.
  • A sound understanding and knowledge of business/office operating systems and platforms is essential.
