The Client
Our client within a Federal Government agency is seeking a Project Support Officer to assist with project support tasks. Must have previous administration and project support experience. This position is based in Canberra.  

The Role
Your role will require you to perform general data entry, processing of documents and call centre duties. Some general administration will be required. 

If successful your duties will include but aren't limited to:

• Assist with project support tasks including the administration and coordination of project documentation.
• Accountable to contribute to the ongoing application of project planning and scheduling.
• Understand the reasons for decisions relating to project support and the broader impacts and implications of activities.
• Apply knowledge of legislation, policies, strategies and team plans to project support work.
• Work collaboratively and operate as an effective team member.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with team members and actively participate in teamwork and group activities.
• Prioritise work to meet business objectives.
• Take the initiative to solve problems that are straightforward and seek assistance when required.
