About the Role
Your role will mainly focus on providing precise and informative buidling surveying and regulatory services to the design and development directorate. Additional responsibilities are:
- Providing effective and efficient certification services
- Development assessment
- Attending site inspections andcritically observing and analysing site conditions and compatibility of developments within surrounding land uses
About You
To be successful in this role a tertiary qualification in building surveying or similarly is essential. Preferably in combination with an A2 or A1 accreditation and experience in working with or acting on behalf of NSW local government. You will also need you current Australian C-Class driver's license.
