We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to establish the VBA's business and functional requirements for the proposed and existing Systems and applications, development, maintenance, design and implementation of solutions and IT service delivery, and for managing and coordinating IT projects.
Key Selection Criteria
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a senior business analyst providing strategic advice;
- Demonstrated ability to identify and interpret business needs and business opportunities;
- Demonstrated technical knowledge in Microsoft O365, CRM Dynamics 2016/365, SharePoint, SQL and networked computer applications;
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities for generating workplace innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and taking responsibility for initiating outcomes;
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills including well developed written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to be pro-active, professional, customer focused, organised and self-managed to deliver a consistently high level of output and service in a deadline driven environment.

Salary Details
Salary at the base of the Grade 6.1 of $116,863 per annum (plus 9.5% super).
