Program Scheduler -Rail Projects

Kelly Government Solutions are a leading supplier of recruitment solutions to Local, State & Federal Government. We are looking to secure the services of a Program Scheduler for a Program in Delivery phase with experience in managing multiple contractors’ schedules in Government environment for initial 6 months.

Purpose of the role:

• The scheduler is responsible for managing the detailed P6 schedule for the Project Delivery

• Consult with other project members/stakeholders

• Closely work with the contractors, analyse their schedules and actively manage the schedules

• Ensure a successful outcome

Required experience includes;-

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering with Scheduling professional certification from AACE, PMI or similar

• Primavera P6 expert user

• Risk analysis tools such as Primavera risk or Acumen risk

• +5 Years of experience as a scheduler in Design & Construction projects in Road.

• Must have demonstrated experience in implementing, maintaining and managing earned value on Primavera P6 schedule.

• Experience in assessing contractors claims and TAE’s

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage key stakeholders at all levels

Desirable

• Both Contractor and Client side experience.

• Experience in matrix organisation and can prioritise the required work load

• Demonstrated experience in the use of risk analysis tools such as Primavera risk or Acumen risk

Reporting:

This position reports to the Project Controls Manager with no direct report.
