An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Administrator to join the Projects and Strategy Team on a part time (3 days per week) basis on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will need to be available Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

 

Your role with us

Join our high calibre team of project managers who are delivering $80M of major capital works projects.  You’ll assist in the delivery of a large and diverse landscape/civil capital work program  including park playground replacement, shopping centre improvement, road reconstruction and drainage replacement.

 

You’ll enjoy working in a supportive team environment where your input is encouraged and considered.  The role suits a solution focused individual with an unswerving commitment to achieving quality project outcomes.  In return, you’ll have access to varied training and mentoring programs to assist in achieving your career goals.

 

About you

You have experience in landscape/civil infrastructure projects and contracts with a clear understanding of contract principles, an ability to undertake investigations, keep records, plan activities and make well-founded recommendations.  Your communication, time management and computer skills are excellent.
