IBAC is Victoria's anti-corruption agency responsible for preventing and exposing public sector corruption and police misconduct. We do this by:
- investigating and exposing corruption and police misconduct
- informing the public sector, police and the community about the risks and impacts of corruption and police misconduct, and ways in which it can be prevented.
Here is your opportunity to use your significant audit and assurance experience and analytical skills to strengthen organisational assurance and risk management practices at IBAC, whilst working with and supporting highly dedicated colleagues and senior management.
Reporting to the Team Leader Governance and Assurance, you will be responsible for delivery of IBAC's annual assurance program, and supporting other governance and risk programs, including implementation of the risk management plan, incident reporting, compliance management and administrative support for ICT systems used for governance, risk, compliance and assurance management.
Ideally you will have significant experience in undertaking audit and assurance activity and working closely with internal stakeholders, such as assurance providers, audit action owners and incident reporters to ensure timely responses to risks.
Your audit and assurance knowledge and experience combined with strong written and verbal communication skills will enable you to become quickly established in the role.
