Following the success of the 2017 Jobs4Youth SA program, Maxima have been appointed as the successful provider for the SA State Government Traineeship & Graduate Program. The program will support the establishment of entry-level positions in the South Australian Public Sector, effectively training and recruiting the next generation of public sector employees. We are currently seeking applicants with a recently completed university level qualification (within the last 3 years) to undertake 12-month full time Graduate positions within the South Australian Public Sector. Graduate conditions apply.

As a Graduate you will:
- Be employed full-time by a SA State Government Department or Agency.
- Receive practical work experience whilst studying a Certificate IV in Project Management.
- Be required to satisfactorily complete a Background Screening and National Criminal History Record Check (NCHRC) prior to employment.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have sound interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to management their own time and prioritise.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have general computer and keyboard skills.
- Competently use Microsoft Office suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Work independently with limited supervision, as well as work well with a team.
- Have good internal and external customer service skills.
- Be resilient, enthusiastic and flexible in response to a changing workplace.
