• Salary Range $76,375 - $79,724 per annum depending on qualifications and experience
• Up to 15.5% Superannuation per annum

The role

As a GIS Officer you will have a tertiary qualification in Geographic Information Systems or equivalent, and a demonstrated ability to

• Manage, maintain and improve the City’s corporate GIS;
• Utilise problem solving techniques for effective resolution of issues and ways of providing solutions to the business;
• Plan and manage in conjunction with the Manager Customer and Corporate Support new module implementations, system upgrades and new releases;
• Demonstrate strong customer service, by providing a quality service to internal customers on all aspects of the City’s business systems and manage service requests ensuring follow up and escalation of outstanding requests;
• Manage and support in house training materials to assist with ongoing training and implementation of GIS.
