Through success they seek a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team working on large scale data centre projects. 

Responsibilities 

Within the role you will be focusing on large scale data centre projects in Melbourne. Whilst managing a small team you will be independently winning and delivering work. 
The role will see you:

• Calculate heat load and engineering systems to data centre specifics
• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning design, in accordance with Australian standards
• Assisting Project Engineers
• Specification and report writing
• Site and building surveys
• Execute site superintendence, and contract administration duties
• Front project meetings

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree from a known Australian institute
• The will to constantly seek out new opportunities to bring in future projects
• Ability to network and build close partnerships
• 8+ years’ experience working as a mechanical engineer on large scale data centres projects
• Have a design background and ability to be hands on when required
• Passion, drive, charisma

This is a role requiring someone special. The remuneration will therefore be in the vicinity of $120k to 160k p/a plus Super.
