Your new role
You’ll gain experience working with modern design principles and delivering high profile rail projects
As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for providing engineering expertise in the design and delivery of key Traction System projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience as an Electrical Engineer, accomplished in HV substations design and have established design experience in the following areas:
- Design, maintenance and construction of overhead Traction Power network infrastructure
- Planning, designing and implementation of HV/MV/LV Substation including Traction Substation
- Review, develop, maintain and monitor technical, quality and operational standards to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and statutory obligations.
- Bachelor of Engineering in a relevant discipline
- MTM Statement of Competency preferred
Traction design experience could be gained from the design/delivery of projects in either heavy rail or light rail industries.
