Job Title: Project Manager / Project Engineer
Location: Brisbane
Pay Rate:  $120 - $150k pa + car

Our client is a Specialist Contractor who operates in the Brisbane and South East Queensland civil engineering & construction industry and specialise in the mining industry, residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions. My client is a family owned and operated business and is currently expanding due an increase in Queensland’s work load.

Main Duties:

• A good understanding and demonstrative experience of civil engineering techniques relating to residential, commercial and industrial subdivision construction. 
• Ensuring OH&S procedures are implemented at all times.
• You will be responsible for supervisions of works and managing specialist sub-contractors + directing in-house delivery teams aswell
• Completing Quality Assurance - ITP's, method statements, etc.
• Maintain daily site records and manage the cost tracking & reporting on the project.

  
  
Requirements:
  

• residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions experience essential
• Understanding & experience in General earthworks, roadbuilding, and drainage is preferred.
• A practical minded hands-on approach coupled with excellent communication and people skills.
• A civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• Highly motivated attitude to learn and grow within the industry
• Management skills for handling staff and sub-contractors
