Roblawmax is supporting a well-regarded civil construction contractor who are delivery a major transport infrastructure project and require an additional Environmental Manager (or Senior Advisor) to complete their delivery team.
You will play an integral role in the execution of the a package of this project, by way of providing sound advice to management (pre-construction), understanding compliance requirements, as well as undertaking site inspections & audits to ensure environmental permit requirements are met.
To be considered for this Environmental Manager position you will ideally possess:
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or similar
- Extensive Erosion and Sediment Control experience (CPESC Certification would be beneficial)
- Strong appreciation of TMR contracts, specifications and reporting expectations
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to influence appropriate inputs from field staff
- Good client relationship and reporting skills
In return for your skills you will be rewarded with an annual base salary of around $140kpa. You will join a strong leadership team with the security of a long term, major, metropolitan project position. The company continues to win a range of lucrative contracts across the Eastern Seaboard and offers excellent progression scope beyond this initial project
