About our client:
Our client is a global leader within their niche industry, manufacturing communications systems for a global customer base to the highest quality standards.

About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on team leader to lead a small team of electroplaters whilst working in the business.

Your duties will consist of:

Reporting schedule issues, delays or blockages to the production manager
Cleaning and electroplating of materials and components
Maintain materials, chemicals, jigs, fixtures etc.
Strictly follow quality and safety processes
Perform daily security processes at the facility

About you:
We are looking for someone with the equivalent of 5 years experience in electroplating
You must have good computer skills and proven ability to take responsibility and lead a small team.
Strong skills in reading technical drawings and understanding documentation processes are needed as well.

Working hours are 4.30am to 1pm Monday to Thursday with a 9.30am finish on Fridays. This is a temp to perm opportunity.
