MedicalDirector was established 25 years ago, but with the energy and vision of a start-up, together, we want make people healthier around the world. We have facilitated over 60 million patient consults last year and we provide solutions to GPs, Specialists, Pharmacists and Hospitals, so we understand the healthcare landscape and know what is needed to continue to push the boundaries of healthcare delivery. MedicalDirector is a leader in the health care industry, with over 5000 existing practices with a new cloud based platform. The first version of this platform has recently rolled out on an Azure stack to several live sites with huge plans to continue to expand and develop on top of this platform for thousands of new sites. Supporting the evolution of the architecture with best software principles and practices and ensuring that our software is capable of expanding to address a global market is where you come in.
  
We are looking for an empowered individual who really knows their stuff to join our Software Engineering team, in a trendy and relaxed atmosphere in the city. This role is a hands on development role, contributing to the backlog and helping grow the capabilities of the team. We have a space that facilitates collaboration, openness and creative problem solving with a passion for what we deliver and how we can positively impact our customers to enable their ideal.

Your role will include:

• Providing technical guidance and advice to team members
• Provide input to architecture and design
• Taking ownership for design and development of modern software web products
• Taking an active role in the scrum team

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of modern web frameworks (specifically Angular 4
• Fluent with a .Net C# stack
• A deep understanding of the agile development values, principles and of course processes
• You should have a thirst for writing high quality software for customers
