Job Summary
The successful candidate will have solid, in-depth experience with an approachable personality, the ability to work with minimal supervision and be comfortable interfacing with clients and other stakeholders. You will receive on-going support and mentoring from the very approachable more senior engineers and managers that will allow you to expand your technical knowledge to progress with your career development.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will need experience in and knowledge of 12D. He or she will need to have an approachable personality, be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to interface with clients and other stakeholders. You will need to satisfy the following essential criteria:

Min. 5 years' 12D design and CAD drafting experience, including site grading, earthworks, stormwater drainage, road and intersection design and In-Ground Services

Predominantly experienced in land sub-division design and/or Commercial/Retail Sites

Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to lead drafters and mentoring young staff
