Based in Perth, WA and reporting to the Service Manager, we have a great opportunity for a commercially astute and customer focused BMS/Security Small Works Manager to join our high performing Buildings team.
Leading a team of 5 technicians, you will manage small, diverse buildings services projects in a fast paced and dynamic environment. A key part of your role will be ensuring high level customer satisfaction through the duration of each project.
You will be required to travel to client sites across the Perth metropolitan area and regional areas of Western Australia on a regular basis.
Whilst not wanting to narrow the field, we do believe that the following will be key to your success:
- Previous experience in a similar role in HVAC/security, controls or electrical commercial environments
- Technical aptitude and experience in either electrical or mechanical fields
- A strong financial background with the ability to manage profit and loss
- A strong customer focus
- The ability to manage multiple, small projects
- Proven leadership experience and capability
- Experience using project management software eg MS Project
You have excellent communication skills and a strong team focus; you thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment and enjoy working on multiple projects with diverse stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.
