Through success they seek a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team working on a variety of projects including health, retail, commercial, residential, high-rise, industrial and education.

Responsibilities 

Within the role you will be focusing on a variety of large scale projects in Melbourne. Whilst managing a small team you will be independently winning and delivering work. 
The role will see you:

• Calculate heat load and engineering systems to certain specifics
• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning design, in accordance with Australian standards
• Assisting Project Engineers
• Specification and report writing
• Site and building surveys
• Execute site superintendence, and contract administration duties
• Front project meetings

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree from a known Australian institute
• The will to constantly seek out new opportunities to bring in future projects
• Ability to network and build close partnerships
• 8+ years’ experience working as a mechanical engineer on a variety of projects
• Have a design background and ability to be hands on when required
• Passion, drive, charisma

This is a role requiring someone special. The remuneration will therefore be in the vicinity of $120k to 160k p/a plus Super.
