Due to the continuous success of our Asia Pacific operations, we currently have an exciting opportunity for one to be a part of our highly successful Traction Power Engineering team in our Victorian Rail division.

Background:

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering;
• 5+ years’ experience in Traction Power design including substations, sectioning huts and feeders;
• Proven ability to provide practical real-world solutions underpinned by sound engineering analysis;
• Keen understanding of relevant standards and processes;
• Working knowledge of the type approval process;
• Understanding of systems assurance from an engineering point of view;
• Demonstrated understanding of safety in design principles, and the practicalities of how safety is applied on site, and;
• Excellent communication skills with multidisciplinary design teams, clients, contractors and site staff.
