This Civil Project Engineer opportunity will suit a driven and enthusiastic individual who is keen to bring their expertise to a challenging and highly rewarding role.  You’ll be based in Port Hedland(FIFO) and will work on a major Bund upgrade project for one of our leading Oil and Gas industry clients. 


You’ll be aligning with our high performing construction team, working closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager.  This will provide you with an excellent platform to progress and develop your career. 


In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
• Mentoring and managing subcontractors and services suppliers
• Ensuring on-time and in-budget delivery of project upgrades on a brownfields site
• Developing and maintaining construction programs
• Implementing the procurement strategy
• Developing the Quality Management Plan 


Civil Engineering qualifications, supported by relevant project engineering or similar experience in a civil delivery team on major brownfields oil and gas projects is essential.  You’ll need to demonstrate good all-round experience, including exposure to structural Engineering, earth works, concrete reinforcements and finishes. Proven leadership skills will also be a key, as will a passion for Safety.  Naturally, you’ll have skills in project quality, scheduling and cost management.
