We have openings in Auckland, NZ and Melbourne, Australia for enthusiastic and career minded 'team players' with a technical, mechanical or industrial aptitude to help drive our customer service teams.
The role supports our customer service, sales, technical and field service teams and builds and develops customer relationships. Provide support and effective management of basic and technical processing of quotes and orders and take ownership of customer enquiries through reading P&ID’s and CAD drawings, to identify and select innovative product and application solutions.
Ideally you will have a degree or trade qualification in engineering (Mechatronics or equivalent) and have a strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude. You are proficient with MS-Office Suite and CRM and have clear verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of a broad range of fluid system components and applications is desirable.
